We work with HNW investors who are looking for higher returns on their capital. We also work with companies, crowd funding platforms, family offices, property funds/REITS, and pension funds. Investor fit is important to us. We can deliver results in as little as 2 years. However, we choose to work with those who believe in building their wealth in property over the long term and value our commitment in helping them do so.
We work closely with a handful of carefully selected property developers who have consistently delivered results for a minimum 7 year cycle. We look for a high volume, high quality proven track record that demonstrates with ease the capability to achieve high yields for our investors. The locations have included London, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our main areas of interest are professional HMO’s, student HMO’s, serviced apartments and hotels. We have found that these sectors assure a reliable high rate of return.
